Q: Do I need to keep my vehicle at the shop while you work on it?
A: NO! You will come in at your scheduled time, we will remove the headliner or what ever the task is. Once removed you are free to leave! Once the work is complete, come back in and we will reinstall what was taken out.
Q: How long does it take to install my headliner?

A: On average it takes about 1-3 days to get the stars installed in the headliner. We say average because it does depend how many Stars you are getting, if you get Logos or any design, pillars or headliner wrapped in fabric. All these will add time to the project.

Q: Does the box drain my battery?
A: The boxes we use are LED lights. They use very little power consumption. If you were to forget to turn the box off and leave on overnight the battery will be fine!
Q: How do I control the Stars/ Shooting Stars?

A: There are two ways to control the Stars/ Shooting Stars:
1-You will receive a small remote to control all functions of the Stars plus an additional remote to control the Shooting Stars (if applicable) 28 buttons on remote to control the Stars/ 20 buttons on remote to control the Shooting Stars
2- You can download our app (iPhone and Android) and you will be able to control both the Stars and Shooting Stars. With the app you are able to choose from 16 million different color wheel option.
Q: How do I turn the box on/off?
A: There are three ways to turn the box on/off:
1- We can install a toggle switch inside the vehicle conveniently placed and hidden if you choose.
2- The remote control has an on/off button
3- The app has an on/off tap button
